Microsoft's Web Matrix

Microsoft's Web Matrix is a powerful set of Web development tools derived primarily  from the Visual Studio base with some extra SQL Server Tools and other development tools added to the mix. This package is not for the beggining developer or even  the professional graphics designer. There simply are too many options and a huge learning curve despite the fact that these are the Express versions of the base Visual Studio and other Developer tools.
